After waiting five hours for other tow companies that kept canceling and pushing the arrival time back, I called monster towing. First of all They answered the phone very pleasantly and welcoming. Helpful, professionals and gets the job done

I work with a truck fleet. There has been a few occasions that we have needed a tow truck. My first and only choice is Monster Towing. Mike is very personable and tries his best to get a truck to the site as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Monster Towing and the pricing is very reasonable. My SUV broke down on I-75... Alligator Alley... at night! The Road Rangers couldn't get it to stay running... it was the alternator. I ended up spending the night at the recreation area adjacent to the rest area by myself.
I called Monster Towing & Recovery the next morning & only had to wait maybe 30 minutes for help to arrive. The driver, Mike, was terrific!... friendly, polite, professional, & sympathetic. He got my SUV loaded onto his flatbed and took me to a mechanic that did a fantastic job getting my truck fixed quickly.
If I ever need a tow again... I hope I don't... Monster Towing will be who I call for help.

I needed my husband's F-250 to be towed from his work site while he was in the hospital. I called several companies including AAA but they all refused because he had some equipment in and extended from the truck. After looking on line, I found this company which was located near me. I figured they could do the job with a name like Monster Towing. And boy was I correct!! They met me in Miami at the job early Saturday morning, and kept in touch with me until they arrived. The truck was loaded up on the flatbed and delivered to SW Ranches. I was very happy with the service and would recommend this company highly if you need a job done that even AAA couldn't do!!

Great towing service. They were so nice and they got there really quick. I hope I never need a tow again but if I do I will call Monster!

On my way from work my car (Black Jack) left me stranded (roadside) on the highway going north on the I-75 it was SCARY. Oh what is a girl to do? Once I calmed down to assess the situation, I called several Tow Truck company until I came across Monster Towing. Told them I needed a tow across town, the company said no worries I'll get you help in no time. Less then 2 min. After hanging up, I get a call from the driver confirming my location and phone number with in 30 min. the driver arrived! He was very helpful,friendly, and professional he got my Black Jack on the lift and towing me to the mechanic within the remainder of those 15 min. Once there he deftly parked my car, answered any questions I had, checked in with the mechanic to make sure everything was cool, then he was off to go help other out-of-luck folks. It was expedient, easy and it was like a road-side Santa Clause. Very funny and appreciated ride under the heat!!! I highly recommend them very, very,very HELPFUL AND PROFESSIONAL... THANK YOU GUYS ????
